Two late goals from Arsenal sealed a dramatic win at the San Siro, sending current holders AC Milan crashing out of the Champions League.

Champions League holders were favourites to progress after a goalless draw in London, but two goals in the final six minutes saw Arsenal pull off a tremendous result in Italy.

0 - 1 Cesc Fabregas (84 minutes)

Spanish international Fabregas beat Gennaro Gattuso and fired in low past Zelijko Kalac from almost 30 yards.

0 - 2 Emmanuel Adebayor (90 minutes)

Striker Adebayor sealed a memorable result for the Gunners when he fired in a pass from Theo Walcott from close range.
