Croatia became the first team of Euro 2008 to win all three group matches when they saw off Poland in Klagenfurt.

Croatia won Group B after easing to victory against Poland on Monday night. Ivan Klasnic, on his first start of the tournament, scored the winner seven minutes into the second half but could have had a hat trick against the Poles.

0 - 1 Ivan Klasnic (52 minutes)

Danijel Pranjic cut the ball back for Werder Bremen striker Klasnic to lash home from 12 yards.

Klasnic sees a one-on-one with Polish goalkeeper Artur Boruc well saved after 32 minutes.

Klasnic is denied again by Boruc on the stroke of half time.

Roger Guerreiro sees an effort go inches wide for Poland after 63 minutes.
