Fiorentina ground out an away win in Norway when Adrian Mutu’s first half goal was enough to earn a narrow victory against Rosenborg.

Former Tippeligaen champions Rosenborg had built up a reputation as a strong side at home in Europe, but allowed Fiorentina to return to Italy with an away win due to a soft goal in the first half.
