Spain swept aside Russia to reach the final of Euro 2008 where they will face Germany on Sunday evening.
Spain demolished a Russia side that didn’t look half the team which played the Netherlands off the park last Saturday. Spain found a breakthrough early in the second half and two further goals sealed a comfortable victory. The result means Luis Aragones’ side scored seven goals against the Russians in two meetings.

Barcelona midfielder Xavi broke the deadlock five minutes into the second half when he turned in a cross from club team mate Andres Iniesta.
0 - 2 Dani Guiza (73 minutes)
Guiza struck his second of the tournament when he lifted a Cesc Fabregas pass over CSKA Moscow goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev.
0 - 3 David Silva (82 minutes)
Arsenal midfielder Fabregas was the catalyst behind the third goal when he set up Silva for the third with eight minutes remaining.
