Turkey dumped the Czech Republic out of Euro 2008 by coming back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 on Sunday night.

In what was by far the most remarkable match of Euro 2008 so far, Turkey found themselves 2-0 down with 15 minutes to go and heading out of the tournament. But, a goal from Arda Turan and a brace from Nihat Kahveci saw Turkey reach the quarter finals in dramatic fashion.

0 - 1 Jan Koller (34 minutes)

Target man Koller scored his first goal of the tournament when he headed home after good pressure from the Czechs.

0 - 2 Jaroslav Plasil (62 minutes)

Osasuna midfielder Plasil looked to have sent the Czechs through when he met a Libor Sionko cross on the half volley.

1 - 2 Arda Turan (75 minutes)

A ball from Bayern Munich’s Hamit Altintop found Turan who fired in his second goal in as many Euro 2008 matches from the edge of the box.

2 - 2 Nihat Kahveci (87 minutes)

Chelsea goalkeeper Peter Cech was at fault for the equaliser when he dropped a cross, allowing Villarreal striker Nihat to tap in from close range.

3 - 2 Nihat Kahveci (89 minutes)

Nihat’s second and winning goal was far more spectacular, smashing in from the edge of the box which went in off the crossbar. A contender for goal of the tournament.
